E, the main traction drive mechanism of the elevator adopts spur gear, winch type, rack type transmission device with unreliable protection (or no protection) device;

F. The metal structure is seriously deformed or corroded, and the safety protection device cannot be repaired or replaced with a new type, and there is no safe operation guarantee;

G. Those with low efficiency, high energy consumption and serious operation noise cannot be improved;

H. After the safety supervision department of special equipment organizes the relevant elevator professional and technical personnel to conduct safety reliability evaluation and evaluation, there is no major repair or use value;

I. The elevator equipment runs at a tilt greater than 15° due to the serious tilt or settlement of the building;

J. The elevator equipment is severely burned by fire or the electrical equipment is soaked in water for too long to be treated and repaired;

K. The equipment is old, functioned incomplete, and has poor performance, which needs to be updated after the customer proposes.

How to tell whether the elevator is qualified?

The using unit shall establish the elevator safety technical files. A security technical file shall include at least the following:

1. Special Equipment Use Registration Form.

2, installation, transformation, major maintenance supervision and inspection report, regular inspection report.

3, elevator and its parts, safety protection device product qualification certificate, type test certificate, drawings and other technical data.

4. Relevant materials and records of installation, transformation and major maintenance.

5. Daily inspection and use records, maintenance records, annual self-inspection records or reports, emergency rescue drill records, regular inspection reports, equipment operation fault records shall be kept for at least two years, and other data shall be kept for a long time.
