In order to solve the problem of trapping people in the elevator car due to a sudden power failure of the AC power supply or failure of the electrical control system, many elevator manufacturers have configured emergency devices as an important safety component of the elevator. New and old elevators are equipped with emergency devices. The current stereotyped products have different reputations, each with its own merits. The main feature of the elevator emergency device promoted by our company is that the control part adopts a programmable logic controller PLC, and the converter element is an intelligent power module, and the stability and reliability of the emergency device work are listed as the top priority. At the same time, all signal interfaces are completely isolated from the elevator electric control system, which ensures that the emergency device has no impact on the normal operation of the elevator, so that the elevator factory and maintenance units can use it with confidence.

Since its development and market application, the development of domestic elevator emergency devices has been more than 20 years. Although through continuous improvement, its performance and reliability have been greatly improved, but manufacturers are still making unremitting efforts to innovate. In my opinion, emergency devices will develop in two directions in the future. The first is the generality aspect. Emergency devices are still tailor-made, requiring users to provide many technical parameters, and produce different products according to different elevators. In my country, there are many kinds of elevators, different brands, and different related technical parameters, which not only brings trouble to users, especially maintenance units to provide parameters, but also brings a lot of inconvenience to the production of manufacturers. Therefore, the emergency device in the future should be a product that is completely universal as long as the user provides the power and current of the traction machine, no matter what method is used for other parameters. The second is the functional aspect. Most of the emergency devices are limited to the function of "fault leveling", and only a few products can achieve "electrical control fault leveling". Even so, it's a limited electrical control failure. Therefore, how to extend the emergency function of the product to all electrical faults and even some mechanical faults that allow the elevator to start is a difficult problem for emergency device manufacturers to overcome.

At present, the safety function of the elevator emergency device is self-evident. With the increasing tension of (electricity) energy and people's higher and higher requirements for the safe and normal operation of elevators, if the relevant state departments can standardize this product as an essential safety component for elevators, if our manufacturers can make the product It is perfected day by day, then we have reason to believe that the market application prospect of emergency devices is very optimistic.
