Elevator guide rail introduction
The elevator guide rail is the safety rail for the elevator to travel up and down the hoistway. The guide rail is installed on the hoistway wall and is fixedly connected to the hoistway wall by the guide rail frame and the guide rail bracket. The guide rails commonly used in elevators are "T"-shaped guide rails. It has the characteristics of strong rigidity, high reliability, safety and low cost. The plane of the guide rail must be smooth, with no obvious uneven surfaces. Since the guide rail is the guide shoe on the elevator car and the shuttle rail of the safety gear, the clearance must be guaranteed during installation. At the same time, the guide rail has to bear the responsibility of stopping the elevator when the elevator has an overspeed accident, so its rigidity cannot be ignored.
Elevator guide rails are two or more vertical or inclined rigid rails installed in the elevator shaft or between floors to ensure that the car and counterweight move up and down along it, and ensure that the escalators and moving walks are inclined or horizontal along it. Movement, providing guidance for the elevator car, counterweight or steps. From the definition of guide rail, it can be seen that the guide rail is an important reference component of vertical elevators, escalators and moving sidewalk steps. It controls the running trajectory of elevator cars, escalators and moving sidewalk steps and ensures the transmission of operating signals. It is also related to elevator safety. and important components of operational quality.
