5: When the elevator suddenly stops running due to power failure or failure, what should the passengers who are trapped in the car do?

7: What emergency measures should be taken in the event of a fire
(1) Immediately report to the fire department.
(2) Press the fire-fighting button of the elevator with fire-fighting function to make the fire-fighting elevator enter the fire-fighting operation state for the use of fire-fighters; for the elevator without fire-fighting function, the elevator shall be driven straight to the first floor immediately and the power supply shall be cut off or the elevator shall be stopped. on the floor where the fire has not yet spread. After the passenger leaves the elevator car, put the elevator in the stop running state, close the elevator car hall door and car door by hand, and cut off the main power supply of the elevator.
(3) When a fire occurs in the hoistway or in the elevator car, the elevator must be stopped immediately to evacuate the passengers, cut off the power supply, and put out the fire with a fire extinguisher.
(4) When a fire occurs in an elevator with a shared shaft, the other elevators that have not yet caught fire shall be immediately parked away from the fire spread area, or handed over to firefighters for use in extinguishing the fire.
(5) When a fire occurs in an adjacent building, the elevator should also be stopped to avoid trapping accidents caused by fire and power outage.
8: What emergency measures should be taken in the event of an earthquake
(1) If an earthquake forecast has been issued, it shall be decided whether and when the elevator will stop according to the emergency measures issued by the local people's government.
(2) If there is no imminent earthquake forecast before the earthquake, and an earthquake with a large magnitude and intensity suddenly occurs, once the earthquake is felt, the elevator should be stopped immediately, and the passengers should leave the elevator car quickly.
(3) After the earthquake, the elevator shall be inspected and tested by professionals, and the elevator shall be restored to use after the earthquake is normal.
9: What emergency measures should be taken when wet water occurs
(1) When the floor is flooded and the hoistway or pit is flooded, the elevator car should be parked on the upper two floors of the water inlet floor station, and the elevator should be powered off to prevent the elevator car from entering the water.
(2) When there is a lot of water in the pit shaft or machine room, the elevator should be stopped immediately and the main power switch should be disconnected to prevent accidents such as short circuit and electric shock.
(3) Dehumidification treatment shall be performed on wet elevators. After confirming that the wet water has been eliminated, and there is no abnormality in the test ladder, it can be resumed for use.
(4) After the elevator is restored to use, the wet water inspection report shall be filled in in detail, and the causes, treatment methods, and preventive measures of the wet water shall be clearly recorded and archived.
10: How to handle the aftermath of the elevator use management unit
(1) If a passenger is seriously injured, an emergency accident report shall be made according to the accident reporting procedure.
(2) Learn from the passengers about the accident, investigate the cause of the elevator failure, and assist in the relevant evidence collection work.
(3) If it is caused by elevator failure, the elevator maintenance unit should be urged to check and repair it as soon as possible.
