The setting of fire elevator should meet the following requirements:
(1) The fire elevator room should be equipped with a front room, and its area: the residential building should not be less than 4.50m^2. Other buildings should not be less than 6.00m^2. When the front room is shared with the smoke-proof stairwell, its area: the residential building Should not be less than 6.00m^2, other buildings should not be less than 10m^2.
(2) The front room of the fire elevator room should be set against the outer wall. On the first floor, there should be a direct access to the outdoor sunrise or a passage with a length of no more than 30m to the outdoor.
(3) Class B fire doors or fire shutters with stagnation function should be used for the doors of the front room of the fire elevator.
(4) The load capacity of the fire elevator should not be less than 800kg.
(5) The fire elevator shaft, machine room and other adjacent elevator shafts and machine rooms should be separated by a partition wall with a fire resistance rating of not lower than F 2.ooh. When the door is opened on the partition wall, a Class A fire door should be installed.
(6) The running speed of the fire elevator shall be calculated and determined as the running time from the first floor to the top floor shall not exceed 60s.
(7) The interior decoration of the fire elevator car should be made of non-combustible materials.
(8) A special telephone shall be provided in the fire elevator car, and a special control button for firefighters shall be provided on the first floor.
(9) Water-retaining facilities should be provided at the front door of the fire elevator room. Drainage facilities should be provided at the bottom of the fire elevator, the capacity of the drainage well should not be less than 2.00m3, and the drainage volume of the drainage pump should not be less than 1oL/s.
(10) Waterproof measures should be taken for power and control cables and wires.
(11) Fire-fighting elevators can be used together with passenger elevators or working elevators, but should meet the above requirements.
(12) When arranging fire elevators in high-rise buildings, the convenience of firefighters should be considered, and they should be arranged in combination with evacuation stairwells.
